Ai Chi has enjoyed a strong following in the past, and for good reason. Based on elements of Qigong and Tai Chi, Ai Chi is a specialised form of aquatic therapy used for recreation, relaxation, fitness and physical rehabilitation.

Ai Chi uses breathing techniques and progressive resistance in water to relax and strengthen the body, and is of particular use for chronic pain, arthritis, breast cancer recovery, fibromyalgia, balance and mobility issues.
